He succeeds Dominick (Nick) Vermet who will return to a position with a stakeholder of Hino Trucks. Mr. McDowell brings an extensive array of experiences from the industry to his new position, which will become effective September 21st in which he will be reporting directly to Mr. Sumio Fukaya, President & CEO.
