The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is pleased to advertise a Request for Proposals (RFP) for consulting services. The purpose is to gather statistical data on the type, nature, and cost of private property towing fees in the State of Texas and advise the agency on implementing the provisions of House Bill 2571 enacted by the 81st Legislature.
